COOKING TIME : 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS :
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Capsicum - 1 cup cubed
- Red bell pepper - 1 cup sliced
- Onion - 1 cup sliced
- Soya nuggets - 1 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
PROCEDURE :
- Heat olive oil in a pan on low medium heat.
- Add onion and fry till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add bell peppers and fry little.
- Add tomatoes and fry till they turn soft.
- Add pav bhaji masala and red chili powder.
- Add soya nuggets and mix.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add cooked rice and mix everything uniformly.
TIPS :
- Rice should not be hot while adding to veggies else it will turn mushy.
- Keep the veggies crunchy as it adds more flavor.
